Barbeque Chicken

Barbeque chicken legs recipe cooked in a barbeque sauce and then grilled to crispy, smokey perfection! An easy recipe that’s always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients- Barbeque Chicken Legs

  1. Chicken Legs – 1.3 Kilograms
  2. Barbeque Sauce – 2 Cups
  3. Garlic Powder
  4. Cajun Seasoning
  5. Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and season well with garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken on a rack inside of a roasting pan.
  4. Cover the roasting pan and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and brush each piece generously with sauce.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
  7. Increase the heat to 450 degrees and cook for another 5 minutes.
