Last month We visited the newly opened restaurant – Bombay Brasserie which located in the heart of Delhi (Connaught Place). This is their 8th outlet in India, and ever since the restaurant opened doors in the city, it has been an all-time favourite among foodies.
A perfect place to rediscover India through a culinary journey. From the wide range of delicious food, cocktails to the cosy interior, everything comes with a fusion yet keeping it very simple and subtle. The atmosphere is superb with an excellent bar, old typewriters, artificial mirrors and their journey through cities.

They have a specific travellers room/ zone which indicates the essential ingredients from all the state of India it looks like a map with a concept of “A True traveller never arrives destination“. There’s also a particular room which has a gallery dedicated to unique recipes.
Bombay Brasserie aims to bring back street food & forgotten recipes with a modernized way of presenting the delicacies to the customers.
Their menu loaded with starters, small plates, paired curries, big plates, street grills, and desserts. Bombay Brasserie has a variety of dishes prepared with regional ingredients.
One could find delicacies like Kashmiri Kebab Naan, Chili Cheese Kulcha, Guntur Podi Chicken, Calcutta Club Fish Fry, Naga Gosht Pepper Wings and more on the menu.
We only tried Kashmiri Kebab Naan(Rs. 575). The Kashmiri Kebab Naan is one of their signature dishes. A handcrafted kebab which has mutton minced seekh infused with the zest of kebab chini served on saffron brushed naan (flatbread) and accompanied by a Kashmiri based creamy yoghurt dip. The kebab was thick and juicy almost as long as the naan. This was so heavy that I had to walk a few miles to digest it.
We at Gastronomically Yours recommend you all to visit Bombay Brasserie. Whether you’re here with family/friends they have the perfect seating space, also this eatery Insta- Worthy. One can click beautiful pictures of the ambience along with food.
