Ingredients

  1. Oil-2 Tbsp
  2.  Hing-2Tsp
  3. Mustard seeds-1 tsp 
  4. Curry Leaves -5 to 6 pc
  5. Red Chilies- Two Whole 
  6. Cooked Peas-1 Cup
  7. Roasted peanut-Half Cup
  8. Turmeric- 1 Tsp
  9. Salt-1 Tsp
  10. Chopped Bread- 4 Nos.
  11. Green Chilies-Two
  12. Lemon Juice- 1 Tsp
  13. Coriander Leaves- 1 Tsp
  14. Coconut Shredded 

How to Prepare Bread Poha Recipe

  1. Take a pan and put some oil in it for heating.
  2. When the oil is hot, add Hing to it.
  3. Add Mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chillies.
  4. Saute them for a while and add cooked green peas.
  5. Now add roasted peanuts to the mixture and cook it until golden brown.
  6. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix and put the bread slices into it.
  7. Mix them and sprinkle some water over it before adding the green chillies, lemon juice and coriander leaves in the end for a tangy taste.
  8. Garnish with shredded coconut and serve hot.
