For Marination
- Chicken(Curry Cut)-One Kilogram
- Ginger Garlic Paste- Two TablespoonÂ
- Curd-Two Cups
- Salt-As Per Your Requirement
- Coriander Powder- One TeaspoonÂ
- Red Chili Powder- Two Tablespoon
For Gravy
- Ghee-One Tablespoon
- Oil- Two Tablespoon
- Sliced Onions- Two PiecesÂ
- Marinated Chicken
- Coriander Powder-Two TablespoonÂ
- Cumin Powder-One TablespoonÂ
- Turmeric Powder-One Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder-One TablespoonÂ
- Salt-As Per Your Requirement
- Ginger Garlic Paste- Two TablespoonÂ
- Curd-One Cup
- Chicken Stock- Three CupsÂ
- Coriander leaves
How to prepare Chicken Beliram?
- In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, curd , salt, coriander seeds, red chilli powder and rub the marination properly, keep aside for further use.
- In a pan, add oil and onions, cook until they turn brown in colour.
- Then add the marinated chicken and cook until it releases the moisture.
- Now add all the spices and give them a good mix.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and curd and cook moisture is released.
- Once done, add chicken stock and cook through on a low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti or rice.
