In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, curd , salt, coriander seeds, red chilli powder and rub the marination properly, keep aside for further use.
In a pan, add oil and onions, cook until they turn brown in colour.
Then add the marinated chicken and cook until it releases the moisture.
Now add all the spices and give them a good mix.
Then add ginger garlic paste and curd and cook moisture is released.
Once done, add chicken stock and cook through on a low flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti or rice.
