For Marination

  1. Chicken(Curry Cut)-One Kilogram
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste- Two Tablespoon 
  3. Curd-Two Cups
  4. Salt-As Per Your Requirement
  5. Coriander Powder- One Teaspoon 
  6. Red Chili Powder- Two Tablespoon

For Gravy

  1. Ghee-One Tablespoon
  2. Oil- Two Tablespoon
  3. Sliced Onions- Two Pieces 
  4. Marinated Chicken
  5. Coriander Powder-Two Tablespoon 
  6. Cumin Powder-One Tablespoon 
  7. Turmeric Powder-One Tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder-One Tablespoon 
  9. Salt-As Per Your Requirement
  10. Ginger Garlic Paste- Two Tablespoon 
  11. Curd-One Cup
  12. Chicken Stock- Three Cups 
  13. Coriander leaves

How to prepare Chicken Beliram?

  1. In a bowl, add chicken, ginger garlic paste, curd , salt, coriander seeds, red chilli powder and rub the marination properly, keep aside for further use.
  2. In a pan, add oil and onions, cook until they turn brown in colour.
  3. Then add the marinated chicken and cook until it releases the moisture.
  4. Now add all the spices and give them a good mix.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste and curd and cook moisture is released.
  6. Once done, add chicken stock and cook through on a low flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve hot with roti or rice.
