Ingredients-Lasooni Dahi Chicken

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

  1. Boneless Chicken- 170 Gram
  2. Grated Cheese- One Tablespoon
  3. Chopped Garlic- Two Tablespoon
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste- One Teaspoon
  5. Chopped Coriander- Two Pieces 
  6. Green Chilli Paste-One Teaspoon
  7. Fresh Cream-Half Teaspoon
  8. Dahi-Four Tablespoon
  9. Cashew Paste-One Teaspoon
  10. Salt-As per your requirement
  11. Black Salt-As per your requirement
  12. Garam Masala-Half Teaspoon
  13. Chaat Masala-Half Teaspoon
  14. Butter-One Teaspoon

How to prepare Lasooni Dahi Chicken?

  1. Marinate the chicken in Dahi.
  2. Add chopped garlic, ginger paste, cashew paste and green chilli paste to the marination.
  3. Add some chopped dhania, salt as per taste and garam masala.
  4. Also, add black salt, chat masala, cream and cheese.
  5. Keep the marination aside for half an hour. Leave it overnight, if possible, for better absorption of flavours.
  6. Apply butter and then grill, preferable in a charcoal tandoor for 10 – 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
