- Boneless Chicken- 170 Gram
- Grated Cheese- One Tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic- Two Tablespoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste- One Teaspoon
- Chopped Coriander- Two Pieces
- Green Chilli Paste-One Teaspoon
- Fresh Cream-Half Teaspoon
- Dahi-Four Tablespoon
- Cashew Paste-One Teaspoon
- Salt-As per your requirement
- Black Salt-As per your requirement
- Garam Masala-Half Teaspoon
- Chaat Masala-Half Teaspoon
- Butter-One Teaspoon
How to prepare Lasooni Dahi Chicken?
- Marinate the chicken in Dahi.
- Add chopped garlic, ginger paste, cashew paste and green chilli paste to the marination.
- Add some chopped dhania, salt as per taste and garam masala.
- Also, add black salt, chat masala, cream and cheese.
- Keep the marination aside for half an hour. Leave it overnight, if possible, for better absorption of flavours.
- Apply butter and then grill, preferable in a charcoal tandoor for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
