Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce

Thai Pork is a fantastic way to enjoy. Kids love the peanut sauce but keep their spice-tolerance in mind and adjust accordingly.

Ingredients

  1.  ¼ cup white flour 
  2. ½ tsp. salt
  3. 2 tbsp. canola oil
  4. 4 pork chops
  5. 1 sliced onion
  6. ½ cup chicken broth
  7. ¾ cup coconut milk
  8. 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  9. 2 tbsp. chili sauce with garlic
  10. 1 tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 tsp. fish sauce
  12. tbsp. honey
  13. 2 tsp. grated ginger
  14. Dash of salt
  15. ¼ cup chopped scallion
  16. ¼ cup chopped peanuts 

How to prepare Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce ?

  1.  Combine the flour and the salt and coat the pork chops.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  3. Sauté the onion for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the pork and fry for 4 minutes each side, until they are no longer pink.
  5. In a bowl, combine the broth, ¾ cup coconut milk, peanut butter, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, honey, ginger and salt.
  6. Remove the pork and onions to a platter and keep warm.
  7. Stir the sauce into the skillet and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  8. Top the pork chops with the sauce.
  9. Garnish the chops with the scallions and chopped peanuts.
